Acquisition Supports Aggressive Growth Projections for Frankie V’s Kitchen with

Expanded Product Line, Larger Production and Warehouse Facilities

 

Canyon Foods to Continue with Renewed Focus on the Food Service Industry

DALLAS, TX (November 20, 2015) Frankie V’s Kitchen announced the acquisition of Dallas-based Canyon Foods, a recognized leader in the manufacturing of specialty foods, co packing and private labeling for over 28 years.  Frankie V’s Kitchen will continue to manufacture the brands that Canyon Foods currently produces and plans to expand in the food service industry.

 

. “The acquisition of Canyon Foods allows us to accelerate our growth plans by adding new, complimentary lines of business along with immediate access to a much larger 28,000 sq. ft. production and warehouse facility. Combining the two companies will create a new entity allowing us to secure larger customers and develop products faster to meet demand, while utilizing more efficient production capabilities. We are extremely excited about the new possibilities and opportunities that this acquisition brings.” said Frankie Valdez, CEO and Founder of Frankie V’s Kitchen.

Canyon Foods® is a Dallas-based, specialty food manufacturer founded by Anne Connally in 1989.
